We are pleased to announce that Selleck Nicholls who are one of the longest established Property Developers in Cornwall have recently completed the acquisition of the Cliff Hotel which is located at the junction of Chyandour Cliff and Penrose Terrace Penzance.

This property which has an illustrious past having been run as a hotel for over one hundred years. The Hotel is an amalgamation of fine Georgian double fronted houses, which has been a landmark at the approach to Penzance and benefits from a spectacular outlook over Mount’s Bay.

We are pleased that concerns over the future of this much loved local landmark have been expressed in social media as the building has fallen into disrepair in recent years, this shows it is much valued by the local community.

We will be taking professional advice and undertaking some local engagement before finalising and publishing our proposals which are not yet established. However we can confirm from the outset our clear intention whilst we are the custodians to respect the fine architecture as we refurbish and restore the property subject to the necessary consents.
