Location
Kelly Bray is a small village on the outskirts of Callington in East Cornwall. It is conveniently situated just a few miles from both the attractive local moorland and the stunning Cornish coastline. There is good access to the major road and rail networks serving both the West Country and also the rest of the UK.
The thriving commercial centre of Plymouth is within easy commuting distance either by road or rail. There are good public transport services available to all the major towns in the area, including Tavistock, Launceston and Liskeard.
The village has its own distinct friendly community atmosphere, with a number of local clubs and societies. Extensive shopping facilities are also available just a few minutes away in Callington.
Local facilities also include a good choice of hotels and restaurants including the renowned St Mellion Golf and Country Club, just 2 miles away.
Stunning beaches and coastal path walks are to hand as well as the world famous Eden Project which is less than an hours drive away.
